Account Manager / Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • 1. Maintain existing clients and develop new ones through face-to-face visits to achieve sales targets.
  • 2. Analyze and manage customer data, understand customer trends, proactively help clients address new challenges, and sell express services and solutions to target customers.
  • 3. Assist in researching market dynamics, effectively manage pricing, clients, opportunities, and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • 1. High school diploma or above;
  • 2. 2-3+ years of sales experience;

Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • 1. Comprehensively manage daily financial department operations and tax filing per accounting standards and company accounting systems, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and compliance.
  • 2. Regularly verify whether cash and bank deposits match accounting records.
  • 3. Review and supervise all company payments, maintain financial accounting, and enforce strict controls.
  • 4. Handle monthly closing, preparation and submission of financial statements and analysis reports; quarterly consolidated income tax filing for headquarters and branches, and annual tax settlement.

Qualifications

  • 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in finance/accounting, intermediate accountant certification;
  • 2. 5+ years of experience as finance supervisor in general taxpayer enterprises (logistics experience preferred);
  • 3. Strong management, learning, and verbal communication skills;
  • 4. Strong professional ethics and responsibility, meticulous and conscientious in work;
  • 5. Familiar with tax regulations with experience in handling tax matters.

Logistics Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible for daily client maintenance.
  • 2. Responsible for coordinating cargo operations arrangements for clients.
  • 3. Responsible for querying and tracking cargo status for clients.
  • 4. Prepare, organize, and archive various business documents, and prepare business reports.

Qualifications

  • 1. Good language and communication skills;
  • 2. College degree or above in logistics or trade-related majors;
  • 3. Proficient in office software with basic English reading and writing ability.

Logistics Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible for promoting and selling company business products.
  • 2. Develop sales plans, quote clients, acquire new customers, maintain client relationships, and resolve customer issues.
  • 3. Regularly communicate with clients to build long-term, stable, and positive partnerships.
  • 4. Achieve department sales targets according to marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Build good relationships with clients and resolve issues with cargo during shipping.
  • 2. Handle and proactively call clients, promptly identify customer issues and provide correct and satisfactory responses.

Qualifications

  • 1. College degree or above, proficient in office software, standard and fluent Mandarin, with basic English skills;
  • 2. Must have a "customer first" service spirit, logistics industry customer service experience preferred;
  • 3. Calm and patient personality, good listener, empathetic, optimistic and positive, quick to respond, strong communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
